It seems we cannot go a day without some type of disaster or emergnecy somewhere around the world. Closer to home, just in the past few months, we have seen strong earthquakes in California, wildfires in Alaska, and a heatwave that covered nearly half of the United States. Today, is a good day to share with your friends and family the need for personal preparedness.
DAY 21 Challenge:1-3, or 5 pts For today’s challenge, we want you to tell two neighbors that it is National Preparedness month. Explain that you are taking the 30 Days, 30 Ways Challenge and why it’s important to be prepared and invite them to join you. Share a photo of the three of you, or of you ringing the neighbor’s doorbell if you would prefer not to be visible.
