Paging “Drew”

Nearly all of the prizes have been claimed and are ready to be put into the mail tomorrow (Monday), but we are still awaiting one reply.

If you played the game under the name “Drew,” will you please contact Cheryl at cheryl.bledsoe@clark.wa.gov to share your name & mailing address. And since there is a prize in the balance, tell me one of your most memorable answers as your confirming identifier.

If you know Drew, let him know that we are hoping to hear from him soon.  Thanks so much!

Good News & Bad News

Alright, so we initially promised to have the list of game finalists completed and announced by today; however, we have to admit a little technical weakness.

We are manually confirming each point and entering the data into a spreadsheet which is taking more time than we initially estimated.

There are some really interesting findings in the data that we have sifted through so far.  The good news so far is that we’ve confirmed 458 tasks in 7 days worth of game play.  Comparatively, we had 608 tasks completed last year…so, we are on track to exceed last year’s play.  Great job!

We are hopeful to make the finalist announcement on Monday, October 10th, and get prizes out the door quickly.

And, if there are any game developers who want to partner with us next year in automating the statistics tracking for this game, please feel free to email us at info@30days30ways.com.

Game Prizes: Can You Help?

We are just a few short days away from the kick-off of this exciting contest. This week, you can expect to learn the rules, how you can contribute and last, but not least, what you stand to win by participating.

The prizes for this contest are completed “crowd-sourced” which means that whatever the world donates as possible prizes, the participants stand to win in this game.

At this point, I can tell you that we have received donations of two gift certificates for See’s Candies.  We’d love to have more prizes to give out, so if your organization would like to be a sponsor of this game, please email me at cherylble@gmail.com.

The basic consideration is that any donated prizes must be shippable and usable by its winner throughout the United States, and preferably throughout the world.

The donation window is open THIS WEEK.  We’d like to announce all sponsors and prizes by Monday, August 29th.  Thanks so much!
